RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Thank you for choosing Hytravolt LLC. We are committed to providing our customers with a superior shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can apply for a return or refund according to the following policy.
- Return Period
You can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Orders placed after 30 days are generally no longer eligible for return, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.
- Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and without visibly worn signs of damage;
Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact;
The item must not be a non-returnable item;
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged;
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories;
Customized, personalized, or final clearance items (as clearly indicated on the page);
Items damaged due to customer error.
- How to Apply for a Return
Please follow these steps:
Contact us via customer service email, providing your order number and reason for return;
Wait for customer service confirmation and return instructions;
Pack the item as instructed and ship it back to the return address;
We will notify you of the refund result after receiving and inspecting the item.
- Return Address
Please do not return the item before receiving confirmation from customer service.

- Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Banks or payment institutions may require additional time to process the funds, typically 5–15 business days.
- Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless we send the wrong item or the item has a quality issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stipulated by law or we confirm a problem with the item.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide:
Order number;
Photo of the problematic item;
Photo of the packaging and a description of the problem.
We will assist in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
- Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it enters the processing or shipping stage.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still apply for a return after receiving the goods according to this policy.
